While there have been rumors about our supply of propane at Insight FS, we have been completely transparent about the situation through ongoing communications directly with customers and on our social media channels.
We want to clear up any confusion about the current supply:
- We will honor all signed LP contracts, just as we did in the winter of 2013/14.
- We have increased the supply of propane coming to Wisconsin with trucks on the road, hauling from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. And we secure more trucks every day to supply propane to our customers.
You can be confident in the contracts that you signed with us. This logistical supply challenge is being felt throughout the Midwest. We feel it is our responsibility to keep our customers informed with the latest information and dispel rumors.
