The 2024 scholarship recipients are as follows: Emma Mason (Mineral Point, WI) – Belmont High School class of 2024 – Enrolling at UW-Madison for Agribusiness Management and Accounting/Finance John Karls (Waunakee, WI) – Waunakee Community High School class of 2024 – Pursuing mechanical engineering at MSOE. Gwen Hahn (Cambria, WI) – Cambria-Friesland High School class of 2024 – Majoring in Animal Science/Biology at UW-Platteville Ashley Brandel (Lake Mills, WI) – Lake Mills High School class of 2024 – Studying dairy science at UW-Platteville Bradley Neve (Pittsville, WI) – Pittsville High School class of 2024 – pre-veterinary science program at UW-Stevens Point Annamarie Aue (Auburndale, WI) – Auburndale High School class of 2023 – Pursuing pre-veterinary medicine at Grand View University Brandon Boyd (Watertown, WI) – Watertown High School class of 2023 – Majoring in agronomy and agri-business management at UW-Madison Mathew Karls (Waunakee, WI) – Waunakee Community High School class of 2021 – Studying mechanical engineering at MSOE. Mary Lewandowski (Hatley, WI) – Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School class of 2022 – Enrolling at UW-Green Bay for Organizational Leadership/Agricultural Advocacy Emma Bangart (Stratford, WI) – Marshfield High School class of 2022 – Returning to UW-River Falls for a degree in Dairy Science with a pre-veterinary science. Serena Wendt (Rio, WI) – DeForest Area High School class of 2023 – Majoring in ag-business management at UW-River Falls Scholarship applicants are evaluated on academic achievement, active participation in local and state clubs or groups promoting agriculture and environmental stewardship, leadership potential, and essay responses. To be eligible, the student must be the dependent of an employee or patron of Insight FS. The student must also maintain a GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4-point scale.
